Just Peachy Digital Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Commission Payment: Commission payments are made only after the referred client's payment has cleared. Note that commission is not paid on GST.

2. Program Changes: Just Peachy Digital reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

3. Referral Method: Referrals must be submitted via email introduction or through our referral form to be eligible for commission.

4. Referral Consent: The referred client must be aware of and consent to the referral.

5. Eligibility Criteria:

   • Referrals must result in a successful project initiation and cleared payment to qualify for commission.

   • Only new clients not previously contacted or engaged with Just Peachy Digital are eligible (prior to 4th July 2024)

6. Referral Information: Referrals must include the potential client's full name, email address, phone number and website URL.

7. Referral Period: The referred client must initiate a project within 90 days of the referral submission for commission eligibility.

8. Payment Options: Commissions can be paid via wire transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.

9. Service Scope: Eligible services include Website Design, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing Services, Branding, and any other future services offered by Just Peachy Digital.
